From Catania

Highway Catania-Syracuse-Gela exit towards Canicattini Bagni, follow the signs for Palazzolo Acreide, proceed for about 30 km before reaching Palazzolo Acreide, turn right at the Baulì junction and from there follow the signs for La Mela di Venere.

From Syracuse

Follow the signs for Palazzolo Acreide, proceed for about 30 km before reaching Palazzolo Acreide, turn right at the Baulì junction and from there follow the signs for La Mela di Venere.

La Mela di Venere is centrally located among the cities of Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Modica, and Scicli, whose main architectural or scenic attractions are reachable within a few kilometers of each other.
Just 6 km away, Palazzolo Acreide, nestled among the Iblei mountains, the ancient Greek Akrai, listed by UNESCO among the “Baroque Cities of the Val di Noto”, boasts a vast archaeological area from the 2nd century BC, and a significant monumental heritage, a cradle of religious and folkloric traditions with spectacular connotations.
